Huawei has introduced the Sound Joy 2, a new Bluetooth speaker boasting notable features such as up to 26 hours of battery life, an IP67 waterproof rating, and 40W fast charging capabilities. The speaker is also equipped with a quad-unit setup, promising sound output levels reaching up to 85 dBA.

The Huawei Sound Joy 2 will be officially unveiled at an upcoming product launch event, scheduled for September 24. This new wireless speaker houses a substantial 8,800 mAh battery, offering users an extensive playback time. Additionally, it supports 40W fast charging, allowing for an hour of listening after just a 10-minute charge.

Durability is one of the standout features of the Sound Joy 2. The speaker is designed to be rugged, meeting IP67 specifications for water and dust resistance, and is encased in a woven fabric material. Regarding audio capabilities, the speaker incorporates a quad-unit system, including two radiators, a 10W silk diaphragm tweeter, and a 20W full-range speaker. Enhanced by Huawei’s sound bass algorithms, the Sound Joy 2 can deliver up to 85 dBA audio output. Moreover, users can pair two of these speakers to achieve a stereo sound effect.

Additional features include RGB lights, availability in three color options, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and compatibility with the AI Life app. Specific pricing details for the Sound Joy 2 have not been disclosed yet.
