Honor is preparing to launch its new gaming-focused Win Tablet in China on October 21, 2026, alongside the Win 2 smartphone series. Ahead of the official reveal, the company has shown off the tablet’s design, color options, and several key specifications, giving gaming fans a clear look at what to expect.
The Honor Win Tablet is designed as a compact high-performance gaming tablet, aiming to deliver flagship-level power in a smaller and more portable form factor. Official promotional images show the device in black and silver color options, with a clean rear design and a large circular module. This module houses a single rear camera and, more notably, an integrated cooling fan.
That built-in fan suggests Honor is targeting users who want sustained performance during long gaming sessions. Mobile gaming devices often struggle with heat under heavy workloads, so active cooling could help the Win Tablet maintain smoother frame rates and better stability when running demanding games.
One of the biggest highlights is the display. The Honor Win Tablet features an 8.4-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 2,304 x 1,440 pixels. The panel also supports a 240Hz refresh rate, which should make gameplay feel extremely smooth, especially in fast-paced titles. The rounded display corners shown in earlier teasers give the tablet a modern look while keeping it compact enough for handheld gaming.
Powering the device is the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, positioning the Honor Win Tablet as a premium gaming tablet. This processor is expected to deliver top-tier performance for gaming, multitasking, streaming, and productivity. A version of the tablet has also been shown with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage, making it suitable for users who want plenty of memory and space for large games, apps, and media files.
Battery life is another major selling point. Honor has equipped the Win Tablet with a large 10,000mAh battery, which should provide extended gaming and entertainment time. Combined with the compact OLED display and advanced chipset, the device could be a strong choice for users who want a powerful tablet that can handle long sessions without needing constant charging.
On the software side, the Honor Win Tablet runs MagicOS 11 based on Android 17. This should bring Honor’s latest interface features, performance optimizations, and gaming-focused enhancements to the device.
The Honor Win Tablet is already available for pre-order in China. However, Honor has not yet confirmed whether the tablet will be released in global markets. More details, including pricing and full availability, are expected during the official launch event on October 21, 2026.
With its compact 8.4-inch OLED display, 240Hz refresh rate, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, active cooling system, and massive 10,000mAh battery, the Honor Win Tablet is shaping up to be one of the most interesting gaming tablets of the year.
