The confusion began after an earlier message from Rockstar Support appeared to suggest that a physical copy of GTA 6 would arrive in the months ahead. That sparked optimism among collectors and long-time Grand Theft Auto fans who were worried the game might skip discs entirely.
However, new clarification indicates that the message was misunderstood. According to the latest information, Rockstar Support was reportedly referring to the already expected boxed version with a digital download code inside, not a separate disc-based edition.
