GTA 6 Influencer Kit Sparks Fan Envy as Players Compare It to the Collector’s Edition
Rockstar Games is once again fueling excitement for Grand Theft Auto 6, this time by sending special merchandise kits to longtime supporters and content creators. The package has quickly caught the attention of fans, especially because many believe it looks more appealing than the pricey GTA 6 Collector’s Edition-style merchandise bundle that has already received mixed reactions online.
The newly revealed GTA 6 influencer kit includes a selection of clothing and accessories inspired by Vice City, Leonida, and the game’s sunny, chaotic Florida-style setting. While the package is not being sold as a standard retail product, fans are already asking whether some of the items could eventually appear in the official Rockstar Store.
Among the standout items is a blue Vice City-themed T-shirt featuring a “Goodtime State” design. The shirt leans heavily into the tropical identity of GTA 6, with bright colors and a relaxed vacation-style look that fits the game’s setting. A matching blue cap and tote bag are also included, both carrying Rockstar branding along with “VI” lettering and palm tree details.
Some pieces also reference Macca the Gator, a character or mascot-style figure that has appeared in other GTA 6 merchandise discussions. However, unlike the more divisive Macca statue seen in the expensive collector-focused bundle, fans seem to be responding more positively to the simpler apparel and accessories in this kit.
One of the biggest talking points is the inclusion of a Zippo lighter. The branded lighter features multiple GTA 6-related logos and slogans across both sides, making it one of the more practical and collectible items in the box. Content creator TmarTn, who showcased the kit, appeared especially impressed by the lighter, and many viewers agreed that it was one of the best items included.
Unfortunately for fans hoping for fresh GTA 6 secrets, the kit does not appear to include a map or any major clues about unexplored areas of Leonida. Considering how much anticipation surrounds the game’s world, even a small printed map would likely have triggered intense speculation across the community.
The reaction from fans has been strong, with many saying they would prefer this influencer kit over the more expensive collector-style offering. Much of the criticism aimed at the premium bundle has focused on the Macca statue, which some players have called unattractive or underwhelming. In comparison, the influencer kit’s wearable and usable items feel more in line with what fans actually want from GTA 6 merchandise.
That said, not everyone would be eager to pay hundreds of dollars for a box filled mostly with apparel and accessories. While the influencer package has generated plenty of envy, fans are also aware that its appeal comes partly from its exclusivity and presentation.
There may still be hope for players who want to buy some of the items separately. Recent marketplace findings suggest that similar GTA 6 products could eventually appear through Rockstar’s online store. Merchandise drops have already highlighted items such as the vinyl soundtrack and Goodtime State-themed products, so it would not be surprising if more Vice City-inspired gear arrives soon.
With the next possible merchandise reveal expected around October 1, fans are watching closely. As anticipation for GTA 6 continues to build, even small promotional items are enough to spark major discussion. Whether it is a T-shirt, a cap, a tote bag, or a collectible lighter, every new piece of GTA 6 merchandise gives players another reason to dream about their return to Vice City.
