Google Pixel 12 Lineup Leak Reveals Model Numbers and Display Specs

Google Pixel 12 series leaks early with model numbers and possible display changes

Google only recently introduced the Pixel 11 series, but early signs of its next flagship family are already starting to appear. A new leak suggests that the Google Pixel 12 lineup has surfaced in the GSMA IMEI database, revealing several model numbers and hinting at changes to the display panels across the range.

According to the leaked database entries, Google may once again prepare four major devices for its next-generation Pixel family: the Pixel 12, Pixel 12 Pro, Pixel 12 Pro XL, and Pixel 12 Pro Fold. While the phones are still far from an official launch, these listings suggest that development is already moving forward behind the scenes.

The standard Google Pixel 12 is reportedly listed with the model number GC0QU. The Pixel 12 Pro appears under the model number GWU59, while the larger Pixel 12 Pro XL is listed as G7U1Y. Google’s next foldable, expected to be called the Pixel 12 Pro Fold, reportedly carries the model number G4D5D.

Beyond the model numbers, the leak also points to possible display resolution changes for the Pixel 12 series. The regular Pixel 12 is said to feature a 1,080 x 2,400 display, which is slightly lower than the 1,080 x 2,424 resolution found on the Pixel 11. While the difference may look minor on paper, it could suggest a subtle change in screen shape or aspect ratio.

The Pixel 12 Pro is reportedly listed with a 1,280 x 2,824 display, while the Pixel 12 Pro XL may use a 1,344 x 2,952 panel. Both figures suggest fewer vertical pixels than the current-generation models. Google has kept display resolutions largely consistent since the Pixel 9 series, so any shift now may indicate that the company is preparing new panels with slightly different proportions.

The most interesting detail may involve the Pixel 12 Pro Fold. The leaked information claims that Google’s next foldable could feature an inner display resolution of 2,296 x 2,404 pixels. That would be a noticeable jump compared with the Pixel 11 Pro Fold’s reported 2,076 x 2,152 inner screen resolution, amounting to roughly 24% more pixels.

Despite the increase in resolution, the inner screen is still expected to remain close to a square-like format. This suggests that Google may not be planning a dramatic redesign of its foldable layout. Instead, the company could be refining the existing design with a sharper, more polished internal display.

Details about the outer screen of the Pixel 12 Pro Fold have not yet appeared. Pricing, camera hardware, chipset information, battery sizes, charging speeds, and software features also remain unknown for now.

As always with early leaks, these details should be treated with caution. Google has not confirmed the Pixel 12 series, and model numbers or specifications may change before the final release. Still, the appearance of the Pixel 12 lineup in database listings is an early sign that Google’s next wave of flagship Android phones is already taking shape.

If the leaked display details are accurate, the Pixel 12 series may focus less on a major visual overhaul and more on careful refinement. With possible new screen ratios, improved foldable display resolution, and a familiar four-device lineup, Google’s next flagship family could continue building on the design direction introduced in recent Pixel generations.
