GameSir G7 Pro 8K PC Controller Hits Amazon in Sleek Black and White Colors

GameSir G7 Pro 8K PC Controller Launches in Ivory White and Obsidian Black at a Lower Price

GameSir has expanded its G7 Pro 8K PC controller lineup with two new standard color options: Ivory White and Obsidian Black. Unlike some of the earlier themed special editions, these new models offer a cleaner, more minimal design while keeping the same high-end features that make the controller appealing to PC and multi-platform gamers.

The biggest advantage of the new Ivory White and Obsidian Black versions is the price. Both models are available for $79.99, making them more affordable than the special-edition versions, which are priced at $89.99. For players who want the full GameSir G7 Pro 8K experience without paying extra for a limited-edition design, these new colorways may be the best option.

Despite the lower price, GameSir has not reduced the feature set. The G7 Pro 8K PC controller still comes with an 8,000Hz polling rate on PC, which is where the “8K” name comes from. This ultra-fast polling rate is designed to deliver highly responsive input, making it especially useful for competitive gaming where quick reactions can make a difference.

The controller is equipped with GameSir’s Gen 2 Mag-Res TMR sticks, which are designed to provide accurate and durable analog stick performance. It also features optical micro switch action buttons, a micro switch D-pad, and adjustable triggers. Players also get extra bumper buttons and remappable rear buttons with lock switches, giving them more control over how the gamepad behaves during play.

Customization is another major selling point. The G7 Pro 8K PC controller uses magnetic swappable faceplates, allowing users to quickly change the look of the controller. GameSir offers additional faceplates in several colors, priced at $9.99 each, so owners can personalize the controller without needing to buy an entirely new unit.

The controller also supports several software-based adjustments through the GameSir Connect app for PC. Users can change the polling rate, customize button mapping, set up turbo functions, configure macros, and fine-tune other settings. The inclusion of 6-axis motion controls adds another layer of flexibility, particularly for games that support motion-based input.

For immersion, the G7 Pro 8K PC includes asymmetric vibration motors built into the grips. It also has a 3.5mm audio jack and a dedicated mute button, making it convenient for players who use wired headsets. Power is handled by a 1,200mAh battery, and the controller supports multiple connection methods, including 2.4GHz wireless, Bluetooth, and wired USB connectivity.

Although it is marketed primarily as a PC controller, the GameSir G7 Pro 8K also works with Android devices and Nintendo Switch systems, including Switch 2. It supports wake functionality on compatible Nintendo consoles, which adds extra convenience for players who want one controller for several platforms.

GameSir includes a generous set of accessories in the box. Buyers receive the controller, a charging dock, a long braided USB-C to USB-A cable, a 2.4GHz wireless receiver, and two extra D-pad options. The additional D-pads include cross and hybrid styles, giving users alternatives to the circular D-pad installed by default.

With its lower $79.99 price, strong customization options, fast PC polling rate, and broad device compatibility, the GameSir G7 Pro 8K in Ivory White and Obsidian Black is a compelling choice for gamers looking for a premium wireless controller without paying special-edition pricing.
