Galaxy Buds 4 Leak Reveals Dummy Units Showcasing the New Design Before Launch

Fresh images of alleged Galaxy Buds 4 and Galaxy Buds 4 Pro dummy units have surfaced online just days before Samsung’s next Galaxy Unpacked event, offering what looks like the clearest preview yet of the earbuds’ final design and color options. These new photos line up closely with earlier leaks, and they also reveal a few small but notable changes compared to the current Galaxy Buds 3 lineup.

Samsung is set to hold Galaxy Unpacked on February 25, where it’s expected to reveal the Galaxy S26 series. While Samsung hasn’t officially confirmed new earbuds for the event, recent retail-focused promos have strongly hinted that Galaxy Buds 4 and Buds 4 Pro are also on the way. Now, these alleged “dummy units” (the display models typically sent to retail stores) are adding more weight to those expectations.

According to the leaked images, both models adopt a redesigned look with a flatter stem. That’s a shift from the previous generation and appears aimed at a sleeker profile and a different fit inside the charging case.

In the photos, the standard Galaxy Buds 4 are shown in white with a silver-accented stem and a more open design that does not appear to use silicone ear tips. The Galaxy Buds 4 Pro, on the other hand, are shown in black with a silver stem and feature an ear-tip design, signaling a more sealed in-ear fit.

One especially interesting detail is how the earbuds seem to sit in the charging case. Instead of standing upright, the new earbuds appear to lie flatter, and the charging contacts are located on the stem to match this new positioning. The case design also looks slightly revised, with a more oval-shaped button at the bottom rather than the round button seen on the Galaxy Buds 3 series.

On the features side, earlier leaks suggest both Galaxy Buds 4 and Galaxy Buds 4 Pro will include active noise cancellation, which would broaden ANC availability across the lineup. The Pro model is also rumored to bring improved durability and endurance, including stronger water resistance (IP57 compared to IP55) and a slightly longer total battery rating (26 hours versus 24 hours).

Pricing rumors point to a familiar premium strategy in Europe, with the Galaxy Buds 4 expected to land around €179 (about $215) and the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro around €249 (about $295), depending on region and taxes.

With the launch window apparently just around the corner, these dummy unit photos may be the most reliable early look at what Samsung is preparing—suggesting refined styling, tweaked case ergonomics, and a clearer feature ladder between the standard and Pro models.
