The information comes from Japan’s official government publication, Kanpou, which recently listed the dissolution notice for Itagaki Games LLC. According to the announcement, all individuals with outstanding claims against the company must submit them within two months from the day after the notice was published. Failing to do so would result in the forfeiture of their claims.
Founded in 2021, Itagaki Games aimed to make a mark in the gaming industry by developing titles for platforms such as PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5. Despite the high expectations surrounding its launch, the studio did not manage to release any games during its brief existence.
