Epson has just launched its latest smart home projectors in Europe, the EpiqVision Mini EF-21 and EpiqVision Mini EF-22. These new models bring a high level of innovation and quality, but the EF-22 comes with an added bonus—a stand to easily adjust the projection angle.
Both projectors boast a native 1080p resolution and an impressive dynamic contrast ratio that can reach up to 1:5,000,000. With their 3LCD projection technology, you can enjoy crisp and vibrant images up to 150 inches wide. These devices are equipped with features like autofocus, keystone correction, and screenfit tools to ensure the picture is always perfect. Thanks to their laser light sources, they achieve a brightness of up to 1,000 lumens.
Entertainment possibilities are endless with integrated Google TV, allowing seamless streaming from popular services like Apple TV and Netflix. You also get the convenience of Chromecast and Google Assistant voice commands right out of the box. While both models come with built-in 5W speakers, the EF-22 steps up the game with an additional passive radiator to enhance bass.
One of the standout claims by Epson is that these projectors are maintenance-free for up to a decade, offering long-term peace of mind. The EpiqVision Mini EF-21 and EF-22 will hit EU markets this October, priced at €899 (approximately $999) and €1,099 (around $1,222), respectively.
Although there’s no word yet on a U.S. release, stateside customers can still enjoy the older, yet reliable, Mini EF-12 laser projector in the meantime.
