Two new freebies have just gone live on the Epic Games Store, and the next PC giveaway for late March 2026 is already lined up. If you enjoy relaxing, hands-on simulation games with steady unlocks and a “one more job” progression loop, the next featured title is worth keeping an eye on: Electrician Simulator.
Originally released in 2022, Electrician Simulator is a first-person indie repair and installation sim that drops you into the role of an aspiring electrician. The game starts with simple, guided lessons delivered through the protagonist’s father, easing you into the basics before turning you loose on real client work. From there, you’ll take on jobs that commonly include installing sockets, fixing household appliances, and wiring parts of homes. The focus is on methodical, satisfying tasks that reward careful steps and correct problem-solving.
A big part of what makes Electrician Simulator appealing is its character leveling system. As you complete more work, you gain progression that unlocks new skills and items, helping you tackle more involved jobs and making the overall climb feel rewarding. Many players also point to the business-management elements as a highlight, adding structure and a sense of growth beyond the repairs themselves.
That said, it isn’t without drawbacks. A frequent complaint is the relatively short playtime, and replayability can feel limited because there’s no sandbox mode. Some tasks may also start to feel repetitive over longer sessions. Even so, the game has been received fairly well overall, with a 73% positive rating on Steam, and it typically sells for $17.99 when it isn’t discounted.
Alongside Electrician Simulator, the Epic Games Store will also include an exclusive World of Warships DLC as part of the game’s fifth anniversary on the platform. The anniversary package includes:
– Tier II Japanese destroyer Tachibana with a port slot
– 5 Epic permanent camouflages
Both freebies will be available from March 19, 2026 at 15:00 UTC and will remain claimable until March 26.
