DJI Osmo Pocket 4P Gets a Sleek Pearl White Edition With the Same Pro Camera Features
DJI has revealed a fresh Pearl White version of the Osmo Pocket 4P, giving its compact handheld gimbal camera a cleaner, more stylish look. The new color option was introduced at a technology event in Beijing, arriving about a month after the original Osmo Pocket 4P launch.
While the Pearl White finish gives the device a new visual identity, DJI has kept the hardware unchanged. That means users still get the same powerful camera system, compact design, and advanced imaging features that made the Osmo Pocket 4P stand out at launch.
The DJI Osmo Pocket 4P is built around a 1-inch CMOS sensor, designed to deliver improved detail, stronger low-light performance, and better overall image quality in a pocket-sized body. It also includes a 3x medium telephoto lens, giving creators more flexibility when capturing portraits, travel footage, street scenes, and cinematic close-ups.
For video creators, one of the key highlights remains the camera’s support for up to 17 stops of dynamic range. This allows the Osmo Pocket 4P to retain more detail in bright highlights and dark shadows, making footage look more natural and professional in challenging lighting conditions.
The camera also supports D-Log 2 color profiles, which gives filmmakers and content creators more control during editing. With D-Log 2, users can fine-tune colors, contrast, and exposure in post-production, making the Osmo Pocket 4P a strong option for those who want a compact camera with serious creative potential.
During the Beijing event, DJI also discussed its ongoing work in handheld imaging technology, including image stabilization and intelligent camera algorithms. These technologies help the Osmo Pocket 4P deliver smoother footage and more reliable performance, especially when filming while walking, traveling, or shooting fast-moving scenes.
The new Pearl White DJI Osmo Pocket 4P is mainly a design refresh rather than a hardware upgrade. Still, the brighter finish may appeal to users who prefer a more elegant and modern look compared to the original color option.
With its 1-inch sensor, telephoto lens, high dynamic range, D-Log 2 support, and compact gimbal-stabilized design, the DJI Osmo Pocket 4P continues to target vloggers, travelers, mobile filmmakers, and content creators who want professional-looking video without carrying a large camera setup.
