The DJI Neo, weighing 135 grams, is DJI’s newest drone and will soon be released, although it won’t hit the market until next week. Ahead of its official release on September 5, two European retailers have disclosed the launch pricing and various specifications of the Neo, along with some promotional images.
Despite the official announcement from DJI, the Neo has already been spotted on the websites of two German retailers, MediaMarkt and TechnoMarkt. According to these retailers, the standalone DJI Neo will be priced at €199, while a Fly More Combo package, which includes the DJI RC-N3 controller, a battery charger, three batteries, and a cable for connecting a paired smartphone as a screen, will cost €349.
Interestingly, a YouTuber has already posted an unboxing video of the DJI Neo, whose full details have been covered elsewhere. Alex Alderson, a Senior Tech Writer, has provided extensive coverage on the topic and has a background working with various companies, including Apple and Neowin. He also holds a BA in International History and Politics from the University of Leeds, which he later converted to a Law Degree.
