Corsair’s Galleon 100 SD Packs a Full Stream Deck Into a Mechanical Keyboard—If You Can Stomach the Price

Corsair is taking the “all-in-one” idea to the extreme with the new Galleon 100 SD, a mechanical gaming keyboard that also doubles as a built-in Elgato Stream Deck. Designed with streamers, content creators, and power users in mind, this new release blends a near full-size keyboard layout with dedicated streaming controls, aiming to clean up desk setups while putting key functions within easy reach.

The standout feature is the integrated Stream Deck hardware, not just software support. In place of a traditional number pad, the Galleon 100 SD includes 12 programmable LCD keys, each with its own mini display for custom icons and dynamic labels. Alongside those keys are two control dials for quick adjustments and a 5-inch display with a 720 x 1,280 resolution, giving you even more room for visual controls, system monitoring, or app shortcuts.

Corsair says the LCD keys, dials, and the built-in screen are fully customizable, with support across popular apps and workflows. That includes tools and services many streamers use daily such as OBS Studio, Discord, and Spotify, plus broader compatibility through Stream Deck plugins from Elgato’s marketplace. The idea is simple: swap scenes, control audio, trigger commands, launch apps, or manage chat without hunting for hotkeys or clicking through menus mid-stream.

Beyond the streaming-focused hardware, Corsair is also positioning the Galleon 100 SD as a serious gaming and typing keyboard. It ships with pre-lubed MLX Pulse linear switches and sits on a hot-swappable PCB, making it easier to replace switches later without soldering. The board uses a gasket-mount design and includes six layers of sound dampening, a combination meant to create a softer, more cushioned keystroke and reduce unwanted noise for a cleaner sound profile.

Performance features are also front and center. The Galleon 100 SD supports an 8,000 Hz polling rate for faster input reporting, and it includes a Flash Tap SOCD feature intended to make counter-strafing in shooting games easier and more consistent.

Pricing places it firmly in premium territory. The Corsair Galleon 100 SD is listed at $349.99 and is available for preorder, with shipping expected between January 29 and February 1. For buyers already considering both a high-end mechanical keyboard and a Stream Deck, Corsair is betting that combining them into one flagship device will make the price easier to justify—while offering a cleaner setup and faster access to the controls streamers use most.
