Circular Ring 3 Pro Debuts With ECG, NFC Payments, Blood Pressure and Glucose Tracking

Circular Ring 3 Pro and Ring 3 Air are set to expand the smart ring market with longer battery life, health tracking features, and a sleek titanium design. The upcoming wearables are designed for users who want a compact alternative to a smartwatch while still keeping key wellness and connectivity features on their finger.

The Circular Ring 3 Pro stands out with an impressive battery life of up to twelve days, making it one of the more endurance-focused smart rings expected to arrive in the next generation of wearable devices. For users who do not want to charge their device every few days, this extended runtime could be a major selling point.

One of the biggest highlights of the Ring 3 Pro is ECG support, giving users access to more advanced heart-related health tracking directly from a ring-shaped wearable. This feature positions the Pro model as the more health-focused option in the lineup, especially for those who want deeper insights beyond basic activity and sleep monitoring.

The Circular Ring 3 Air takes a different approach. It features a noticeably thinner case, making it a better fit for users who prefer a lighter and more discreet wearable. While it does not include ECG functionality, it still offers a strong feature set for everyday use.

Despite its slimmer design, the Ring 3 Air includes a vibration motor, allowing it to deliver subtle alerts and notifications. It also comes with an NFC chip, which could open the door to convenient tap-based features depending on supported services and regional availability.

Battery life on the thinner Ring 3 Air is slightly shorter than the Pro model due to its smaller battery. Even so, it is expected to last up to ten days on a single charge, which remains competitive for a compact smart ring.

Both the Circular Ring 3 Pro and Ring 3 Air feature a premium build made from titanium and stainless steel. The materials should provide a balance of durability, comfort, and a high-end look suitable for daily wear.

The rings are also water-resistant up to 5 ATM, making them suitable for exposure to water during activities such as handwashing, workouts, and swimming in shallow conditions. This level of protection helps make the devices more practical for users who want to wear their smart ring throughout the day without constantly removing it.

Circular plans to offer both models in U.S. ring sizes 6 through 14, giving buyers a broad range of sizing options. Proper sizing will be important, as smart rings need close contact with the skin to deliver accurate health and activity measurements.

The Circular Ring 3 Pro and Circular Ring 3 Air are not expected to ship until early 2027. Details about pricing and pre-order availability have not yet been announced, but the company is expected to share more information in the coming months.

With long battery life, health-focused sensors, NFC support, vibration alerts, water resistance, and premium materials, the Circular Ring 3 series could become a strong option for users looking for a stylish smart ring instead of a traditional smartwatch.
