The Circle to Search feature is poised to break its exclusivity from the Galaxy S24 series and extend its reach to the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro starting January 31st. Google suggests that additional “select premium Android smartphones” are also slated to receive this enhancement, although details regarding the exact models and criteria for what constitutes a “premium” device remain unspecified. Nevertheless, flagship devices from recent years that are equipped with the necessary AI capabilities and an NPU (Neural Processing Unit) are likely contenders.
