Baseus Spacemate RD1 Pro Debuts With 15 Ports, 160W Power, and Qi2.2 Wireless Charging

Baseus Spacemate RD1 Pro launches with 15 ports, 160W power output, and Qi2.2 wireless charging

Baseus has introduced the Spacemate RD1 Pro, a new high-end docking station designed for users who need more ports, cleaner desk organization, and stronger power delivery from a single hub. The new model succeeds the earlier Spacemate RD1 11-in-1 dock, but steps things up with 15 connectivity options, wider platform compatibility, and a built-in display for monitoring power usage.

Unlike the previous RD1, which was offered in separate Mac and Windows versions, the Baseus Spacemate RD1 Pro comes as one model that works with both operating systems. This makes it a more flexible option for users who switch between laptops or work in mixed-device setups.

The biggest upgrade is connectivity. The RD1 Pro includes two 100W USB-C Power Delivery ports, a Qi2.2 wireless charging pad rated at 25W, two 5Gbps USB-A ports, two 10Gbps USB-C ports, two 480Mbps USB-A ports, SD and TF card reader slots, a Gigabit Ethernet port, and a host USB-C port with 100W Power Delivery. For external monitors, it also includes two HDMI outputs, with one supporting 4K at 60Hz and the other supporting 4K at 120Hz.

Power delivery is another major focus. The docking station offers a total output of 160W and uses GaN technology to improve efficiency while distributing power intelligently across connected devices. That means users can charge laptops, phones, tablets, and accessories while also running displays, storage devices, and wired networking through the same dock.

The built-in screen adds a practical touch by showing power draw from different outputs. For anyone managing multiple devices at a desk, this can make it easier to see how much power is being used and which ports are active.

Display support depends on the operating system. Windows users can take advantage of more flexible multi-display modes, while macOS has some limitations, including no support for dual extended displays. That is worth noting for Mac users who want a true multi-monitor workstation setup.

The Baseus Spacemate RD1 Pro is priced at $300. It is available through major online retail channels and the official Baseus store. A limited-time $60 discount is currently being offered, bringing the price down for early buyers.

With 15 ports, 160W total output, fast USB-C connections, HDMI support, Ethernet, card readers, and wireless charging, the Baseus Spacemate RD1 Pro is aimed at professionals, creators, and power users who want one docking station to handle an entire desktop setup.
