The last version we tested topped out at an unremarkable 1080p panel, but the new model steps up to a sharper WQHD screen that immediately makes games, movies, and everyday tasks look cleaner and more detailed.
Performance on the visual front gets a further boost from a 165 Hz refresh rate paired with G-Sync support. Expect fluid motion, reduced blur, and tear-free gameplay that keeps fast-paced titles looking smooth and responsive. The panel itself is a matte IPS unit, delivering strong image quality without distracting reflections, and it comes impressively well-tuned right out of the box thanks to solid factory calibration.
Creators aren’t left out, either. Full sRGB coverage means accurate colors for photo and video work, so you can edit confidently without needing to plug into an external monitor. While it won’t match the inky blacks and contrast of an OLED, the IPS screen here avoids PWM flicker, offering a comfortable, stable viewing experience.
