ASUS, GIGABYTE, MSI, and ZOTAC Launch Tailored GeForce RTX 5050 Models

NVIDIA’s board partners are gearing up to launch their custom GeForce RTX 5050 designs, featuring both base and overclocked models with enhanced frequencies compared to the reference versions.

ASUS is debuting its Prime and Dual RTX 5050 GPUs, while GIGABYTE is showcasing its Gaming and WindForce designs. MSI adds the Shadow, Gaming, and Ventus models to the mix, and ZOTAC introduces the Twin Edge and SOLO versions.

The much-anticipated launch of NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 5050 might happen as soon as tomorrow. Initially set for release in the latter half of July, it seems the timeline has been accelerated. Multiple board partners appear poised for the release, promising exciting options for consumers.

ASUS offers three distinct RTX 5050 models: the Prime GeForce RTX 5050 with a boost clock up to 2602 MHz, the Prime GeForce RTX 5050 OC reaching up to 2707 MHz, and the Dual GeForce RTX 5050 which also clocks up to 2602 MHz. The Prime models feature a triple fan cooling system, while the Dual model opts for a dual fan setup. The OC model stands out with a significant boost in frequency.

GIGABYTE has also prepared its lineup, including the GeForce RTX 5050 GAMING OC with a 2632 MHz boost, the GeForce RTX 5050 WINDFORCE OC peaking at 2587 MHz, and the GeForce RTX 5050 OC Low Profile matching the WINDFORCE at 2587 MHz. The WindForce version is particularly noteworthy for its triple fan cooling and relatively high boost clock, yet these cards may remain more affordable than their ASUS counterparts.

MSI presents a robust selection with six RTX 5050 models: the Shadow 2X models, the Gaming series, and the Ventus 2X, each available in both standard and OC editions with varying boost clocks from 2587 MHz to 2647 MHz.

ZOTAC rounds out the offerings with four GeForce RTX 5050 variants. The Gaming SOLO edition and Twin Edge models aim for efficient cooling with dual and single fan configurations, providing boost clocks up to 2602 MHz for their OC versions.

Expect prices for these graphics cards to start around $249, potentially reaching $299. While the launch might occur on July 1st, market availability may take time to fully ramp up. Keep an eye out for further updates as these exciting new GPUs hit the scene.
