They allegedly used sneak tactics like acquiring the passcode and enabling location tracking to access Apple secrets. Furthermore, Prosser reportedly offered money to facilitate this breach.
The lawsuit claims that Ramacciotti accessed the development iPhone, sharing its iOS 26 details via FaceTime with Prosser, who then made screen recordings and had his team create detailed renders. The device reportedly held a wealth of undisclosed Apple trade secrets beyond just the iOS 26 design.
