AP Memory Raises $415.5M Through GDR Deal to Accelerate Three Key Product Lines

AP Memory Technology Raises US$415.5 Million Through GDR Offering to Support Growth

AP Memory Technology has completed the pricing of its global depositary receipt offering, securing US$415.5 million in fresh funding as the memory IC design company prepares to strengthen its operations and support future business expansion.

The offering was priced at US$56.15 per GDR unit. Based on an exchange rate of NT$31.972 to US$1, this is equal to roughly NT$897.61 per common share. The company’s GDRs are expected to begin trading on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange on October 15.

The newly raised capital will be used to improve working capital and support the purchase of foreign-currency-denominated raw materials. This move comes as memory-related companies continue to manage supply chain requirements, production costs, and growing demand across key technology markets.

For AP Memory Technology, the successful GDR offering provides additional financial flexibility at an important time. By increasing its access to international capital, the company can better position itself to meet procurement needs, reinforce its balance sheet, and support its core memory IC business.

The listing on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange also gives AP Memory greater visibility among global investors. As demand for advanced memory solutions continues to evolve across consumer electronics, computing, communications, and industrial applications, stronger funding could help the company respond more effectively to market opportunities.

The US$415.5 million raised through the GDR offering marks a significant step for AP Memory Technology as it works to support operational stability, raw material sourcing, and long-term growth in the competitive semiconductor and memory chip industry.
