Anker has recently introduced a highly efficient charging solution that promises to keep your devices powered throughout the day – the PowerCore Power Bank 20000mAh 30W Portable Charger with USB-C Cable, also referred to as the 20K 30W Power Bank. This latest offering from Anker comes with a detachable USB-C cable, setting it apart from other models.
Designed to deliver a robust charging experience, the 20K 30W Power Bank boasts an impressive capacity of 20,000mAh. This means it has the capability to charge an iPhone 14 up to 4.5 times or a Samsung Galaxy S23 approximately 3.8 times. With the ability to charge up to three devices simultaneously, the power bank is equipped with two USB-C ports and one USB-A port. The USB-C ports provide 30W of fast charging and support a range of charging protocols including PD (Power Delivery), QC (Quick Charge), and SCP (Huawei’s SuperCharge Protocol). Additionally, these ports can recharge the power bank rapidly with a 30W input.
Users will appreciate the 18W output available through the USB-A port, although the maximum combined output when using multiple ports is capped at 24W. The power bank integrates ActiveShield 2.0 technology for enhanced safety and includes a trickle charging mode suitable for low-power devices. Another practical feature is the digital display that indicates the remaining power capacity in a clear percentage format.
Unlike some of Anker’s other models, the 20K 30W Power Bank comes with a fully detachable USB-C cable which can also function as a lanyard, improving portability and potentially reducing the likelihood of cable damage or loss by allowing for replacements if necessary.
In terms of availability and pricing, the Anker 20K 30W Power Bank with the detachable USB-C cable is already available for purchase in Australia at a cost of AU$99.95, which is approximately 66 USD. There’s also a smaller 10,000mAh version offering 22.5W charging, retailing for AU$64.95, around 43 USD. Although the pricing and release date for other markets like the North American region have not been disclosed, the product is expected to be introduced soon.
This new power bank from Anker could be a significant asset for those needing a reliable charging source that’s portable and versatile enough to handle multiple devices. Its design innovations make it suitable for a range of consumers, from tech enthusiasts to professionals on the go.
