In an exciting update, Acer has unveiled its latest lineup of high-performance monitors at the IFA event in Berlin. The star of the show is undoubtedly the Nitro XV240 F6, a gaming monitor with a remarkable 600 Hz refresh rate. At 24.1 inches, this monitor offers lightning-fast response times of up to 0.1 ms, making it a game-changer for competitive gamers. Equipped with AMD FreeSync™ Premium technology, it ensures smooth, tear-free gaming experiences. Additionally, the Nitro XV240 F6 boasts VESA DisplayHDR™ 400 certification and 95% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage, delivering vibrant and accurate colors.
For those craving larger displays, Acer introduces two new 27-inch monitors: the Nitro XV270 F5 and the Nitro XV270U F5. The XV270 F5 features a 520 Hz refresh rate and 0.5 ms response time, with Full HD resolution and HDR10 certification, making it perfect for immersive gaming with stunning visuals. Meanwhile, the XV270U F5 offers WQHD resolution at a 500 Hz refresh rate and also a 0.5 ms response time, ensuring fluid gameplay with outstanding color accuracy, thanks to its 99% sRGB coverage and HDR10 support.
Beyond gaming, Acer has launched two new Smart Monitors aimed at enhancing productivity and entertainment. The Acer CS322QK is a 31.5-inch monitor, ideal for both work and leisure, featuring a 4K UHD resolution, 98% DCI-P3 color coverage, and a brightness of 350 nits. It also includes WebOS, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi capabilities, allowing users to stream content directly without a PC.
For gamers seeking a Smart Monitor, the Nitro GS272U is a standout option. This 27-inch monitor offers a WQHD resolution, a 180 Hz refresh rate, and shares similar smart features as the CS322QK, including seamless screen mirroring via Airplay and Miracast.
These new monitors from Acer are slated to be available starting Q1 2025. The Nitro XV240 F6 is expected to retail at around 899 EUR, the Nitro XV270 F5 at approximately 799 EUR, while the Nitro XV270U F5 will be priced at about 699 EUR. The Smart Monitors, Acer CS322QK and Nitro GS272U, will be available starting at 899 EUR and 599 EUR respectively.
