Ezviz is expanding its security camera lineup with a fresh wave of 4G-enabled models built for places where WiFi simply doesn’t reach. Whether you’re trying to secure a remote property, a large yard, a construction site, a barn, or a vacation home, these cameras are designed to keep surveillance running using 4G LTE—while still supporting WiFi when it’s available.
New arrivals in the range include the Ezviz CB8 Lite 4G and HB8 Lite 4G, the EB8 Pro 4G and EB8 Pro Ranger, plus the Dual-series CB90x Dual 4G Kit and HB90x Dual 4G Kit. Some of these products have already been on sale in certain markets, but Ezviz is now pushing the lineup more broadly as a complete solution for off-grid or low-signal locations.
A major highlight across these new Ezviz security cameras is dual connectivity. Each model can connect either through a traditional WiFi network or via a 4G LTE cellular connection. Even better, the cameras can automatically switch between WiFi and 4G depending on signal strength, helping maintain a steady connection without requiring constant manual tinkering.
Ezviz is also promoting what it calls AOV (always-on video) technology. The idea is to make “always-on” monitoring more realistic for battery-powered cameras by recording meaningful motion at a higher frame rate while reducing unnecessary recording. In practice, this approach is intended to improve battery life and make near-continuous monitoring possible—especially when paired with a large battery and a solar panel, reducing the need for frequent recharging.
To make alerts more useful and cut down on false notifications, these 4G cameras also include AI-based detection features. They can identify people, vehicles, and even wildlife, then send an alert when something important appears—whether that’s a potential intruder or an animal you’d rather not have too close to your home.

The CB8 Lite 4G and the HB8 Lite 4G Kit also support WiFi 6 alongside 4G LTE, which can help with faster, more stable wireless performance when WiFi is available.
For shoppers who want sharper detail, the EB8 Pro 4G and EB8 Pro Ranger step up to 4K resolution. Ezviz markets these models toward users who need clearer footage even when conditions are less than ideal, such as poor weather. Both are also paired with a solar panel concept for more continuous monitoring.
For larger properties and wider coverage, the Dual series includes the CB90x Dual 4G Kit and HB90x Dual 4G Kit. These models use two lenses to deliver multiple viewing angles, making them a better fit for big driveways, wide yards, or entrances you want to monitor from more than one perspective. They’re also positioned as the most feature-rich options in terms of AI and connectivity.
In terms of pricing and availability, the Ezviz CB90x Dual 4G Kit has been listed by some European retailers at around €270, while the HB90x Dual 4G Kit is expected to launch in February with a price around €260.
