We Are So Cooked Serves Up an October Debut

We Are So Cooked turns body disposal into chaotic co-op comedy this October

We Are So Cooked is bringing a darkly funny twist to co-op gaming with a physics-based stealth adventure where teamwork, timing, and a strong stomach are the keys to survival. Developed by Dwarven Brothers and published by 1312 Interactive, the game challenges one to four players to do one very risky job: move a dead body to the exit without getting caught.

That sounds simple enough, but in We Are So Cooked, nothing stays simple for long. The body is heavy, awkward, and limp, making every hallway, doorway, and obstacle a potential disaster. Drag it alone and you move too slowly while leaving a suspicious blood trail behind. Bring friends, and the job becomes faster, but also much messier if everyone is not perfectly coordinated.

The result is a co-op stealth game built around panic, physics, and hilarious failure. One bad turn can knock over a vase. One mistimed pull can wedge the body in a doorway. One careless movement can expose the entire operation to a nearby witness. When someone sees what players are carrying, they scream, security rushes in, and the whole squad risks ending up behind bars.

The real challenge is not just moving the body. It is doing it quietly, cleanly, and without attracting attention. Security cameras, guards, and even guard dogs can ruin a plan in seconds. Players will need to use the environment creatively to stay one step ahead. A mop can clean up blood trails, a wheelchair can help roll the body past a busy reception area, and a squeaky toy can distract a guard at just the right moment.

However, there is a catch: each player can only do one thing at a time. You can carry an item or help drag the body, but not both. That makes communication essential. Someone needs to clean, someone needs to distract, and someone needs to keep the body moving. If the group loses focus, the mission can spiral into a ridiculous disaster almost instantly.

Each location adds new problems and fresh opportunities for chaos. Players may need to sneak through a luxury hotel lobby while trying to balance the body on an unstable luggage cart, or escape from a freezing military-style bunker packed with guards and danger. Every level introduces different physics hazards, patrol patterns, and environmental tools, forcing teams to adapt quickly.

We Are So Cooked looks designed for players who enjoy co-op games that reward both strategy and laughter. Its mix of ragdoll physics, stealth mechanics, and unpredictable teamwork could make it a strong choice for fans of chaotic multiplayer experiences. Whether players are planning the perfect escape or accidentally turning a quiet hallway into a crime scene, the game appears built around memorable moments.

We Are So Cooked is set to launch for Windows PC through Steam on October 15, 2026. Versions for Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S are planned to arrive later. The game is currently available to wishlist.
