Taiwan Drives Auto Parts Exports With Showcase Pavilions at Global Trade Expos

Taiwan Strengthens Its Global Auto Aftermarket Presence at Automechanika Frankfurt

Taiwan’s automotive aftermarket industry took center stage at Automechanika Frankfurt, the world’s largest trade fair for automotive parts, accessories, equipment, and services. Held in Germany from September 8 to 12, the event brought together leading suppliers, manufacturers, buyers, and industry professionals from around the world.

According to Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs, Taiwan continues to play a major role in the global automotive aftermarket supply chain. This year, 324 Taiwanese companies joined the exhibition, giving Taiwan the third-highest number of exhibitors worldwide. The strong turnout highlights the island’s growing influence in automotive components, repair parts, electronics, accessories, tools, and related mobility solutions.

Taiwan has long been recognized as a reliable manufacturing hub for high-quality auto parts. Its companies are known for flexibility, precision production, competitive pricing, and the ability to respond quickly to changing market needs. As global demand grows for replacement parts, vehicle maintenance products, smart mobility solutions, and electric vehicle components, Taiwanese suppliers are positioning themselves as key partners for international buyers.

The Ministry of Economic Affairs said participation in Automechanika Frankfurt is part of a broader effort to help Taiwanese businesses expand into overseas markets. By appearing at major global trade shows, Taiwan aims to increase international visibility, strengthen business connections, and create new export opportunities for local companies.

The large Taiwanese presence at the Frankfurt event also reflects the resilience of Taiwan’s automotive aftermarket sector. As the global automotive industry adapts to electrification, digitalization, and evolving consumer expectations, suppliers from Taiwan are working to deliver innovative, efficient, and dependable products for markets worldwide.

Looking ahead, Taiwan plans to take part in several major international trade exhibitions in 2026. These efforts are expected to further support Taiwanese companies as they seek new customers, build stronger global partnerships, and reinforce Taiwan’s position as an important supplier in the automotive aftermarket industry.
