Sharp Introduces Innovative Upgradable HT-SBW53121 and HT-SBW55121 Soundbars

Excitement is building for audio enthusiasts as Sharp has unveiled its latest soundbars, the HT-SBW53121 and HT-SBW55121, at IFA 2024. Set to hit the European market early next year, these soundbars come with some impressive features designed to immerse you in high-quality sound.

Both models showcase the collaborative effort with acoustic engineering experts Devialet, ensuring top-notch audio performance. They support advanced sound technologies like Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, and DTS Virtual:X. The HT-SBW53121 offers 550W of power through a 3.1.2 channel system, while the HT-SBW55121 delivers a robust 650W via a 5.1.2 channel setup.

Each soundbar comes paired with a wireless subwoofer, but the excitement doesn’t stop there. You can enhance your audio experience with Sharp’s new HT-SPR52021 200W wireless rear speakers. When combined, the HT-SBW55121 and HT-SPR52021 together create an impressive 7.1.4 sound system capable of producing up to 850W of power.

For connectivity, these soundbars offer flexibility and convenience. They feature HDMI eARC-CEC ports for a seamless connection to other devices, and Bluetooth 5.0 for wireless streaming.

Launching in January 2025, the HT-SBW53121 will retail for £379/€399, while the more powerful HT-SBW55121 will be available for £579/€549. Additionally, customers have the option to select from two elegant colorways: Carbon Black/Aegean Blue or Smoke Grey/Satin Silver. The HT-SPR52021 rear speakers will also be available for £219/€239.
