

Samsung Electronics took the spotlight at the ISE 2024 (Integrated Systems Europe) event in Barcelona, showcasing its cutting-edge display technologies and earning several coveted “Best of Show 2024” awards. The event occurred at the Fira de Barcelona, Gran Via complex from January 30 to February 2, where Samsung’s large exhibition area spanned 1,728 square meters and drew in a staggering number of visitors.
The technology giant displayed a range of impressive solutions, including an upgraded Interactive Display tailored for educational settings, now furnished with Android 13, 8GB of RAM, and 64GB of internal storage. Furthermore, Samsung presented its Transparent Micro LED solution, initially introduced at CES 2024.
Demonstrations at the event illustrated how SmartThings-enabled displays can benefit businesses. Additionally, Samsung’s VXT (Visual eXperience transformation) cloud management software for B2B applications received high praise in several award categories.
In collaboration with Cisco, Samsung has developed a 105-inch 5K smart signage solution with a 21:9 aspect ratio, designed to deliver an immersive experience that closely mimics face-to-face meetings in a physical room.
Another highlight from Samsung was The Wall for Virtual Production, available in Europe since September, which has revolutionized realistic environment creation in filmmaking. Moreover, The Wall demonstrated its versatility by showing real-time traffic conditions on various roadways, an innovation that also secured a “Best of Show” award.
Samsung’s array of display technologies showcased at ISE 2024 clearly illustrated their commitment to innovation and the company’s leading role in the industry, solidified by the multiple awards granted at the event.
