Bushiroad Games and developer HAKAMA have unveiled the opening movie for their upcoming fantasy RPG, PROGRESS ORDERS. Set to launch on April 10th, 2025 in Japan for Windows PC and the Nintendo Switch, this game invites players into a magical world of guild management and adventure.
Championing the exciting project is Yoshifumi Hashimoto, renowned for his work on the beloved Harvest Moon and Rune Factory series. In PROGRESS ORDERS, players will take the reins of a guild, honing the skills of intrepid adventurers ready to brave the unknown in perilous dungeons. Beyond managing guild logistics, players can immerse themselves in the gentle rhythms of daily life and the thrill of forming romantic connections with other characters.
The narrative kicks off with the protagonist uncovering a mysterious letter that guides them to the guild known as “Legion,” in search of clues about their missing grandfather. Although his whereabouts remain a mystery, the protagonist finds themselves entwined with the guild’s affairs under the promise of gathering information. Inducted into the guild through a unique ritual, they gain an extraordinary gift: clairvoyance. This mystical power allows them to perceive through objects, enhancing their ability to connect with guild members and adventurers, quietly steering them to triumph.
As the protagonist becomes an integral part of the guild’s operations, its reputation burgeons, attracting a host of skilled adventurer parties eager to join.
In PROGRESS ORDERS, players will meet two main characters:
A young man, voiced by Shinsuke Sugawara, who stumbles into his role as a guild assistant by happenstance. He is depicted as honest and calm, equipped with the power of clairvoyance that enables him to share his perceptions with others. This unique ability is more than just a novelty; it sows the seeds for a critical event poised to shake the world to its core.
Alongside him is a young woman, given her voice by Yukari Anzai, who also becomes a guild assistant unexpectedly. Her characteristics of honesty and kindness define her, and she shares the clairvoyance ability, which holds the potential to trigger significant world-altering events.
