A fresh leak may have just revealed the biggest PlayStation Plus free game for March 2026 ahead of Sony’s official announcement.
Sony is expected to confirm the next wave of PlayStation Plus monthly games on February 25, but reliable leaker billbil-kun has shared what’s said to be the headline title in the lineup: PGA Tour 2K25, the golf sports game published by 2K.
PGA Tour 2K25 originally launched in February 2025 for PlayStation 5 and was developed by HB Studios. The game has been praised for its smooth animations and strong visual detail, from lifelike environments to improved player movement and character models that look closer to their real-world counterparts. It also delivers better overall performance compared to earlier entries, although some reviews have noted that the in-game commentary doesn’t stand out as much as the gameplay and presentation.
On the gameplay side, PGA Tour 2K25 includes a player skill tree, letting you shape your golfer’s progression around the strengths you want to build—whether that’s dialing in precision, boosting power, or refining other aspects of your playstyle. It also supports multiple ways to compete, offering both PvP and co-op modes, with options available online as well as offline.
If the leak proves accurate, PGA Tour 2K25 and the rest of the March 2026 PlayStation Plus free games will be available to subscribers across the Essential, Extra, and Premium tiers. The expected claim window runs from March 3 through April 7, giving players just over a month to add the games to their library once Sony makes things official.
