The primary role of Symptom Radar is to monitor biometric readings like body temperature fluctuations, respiratory rate, resting heart rate, and heart rate variability. With these metrics, the feature aims to detect and alert users to any abrupt changes in their health status. It accomplishes this by delivering notifications linked to the user’s Readiness Score, signaling any variations in symptoms that might suggest it is time to take a break and recuperate.
Notably, the notifications provided by Symptom Radar are designed to be distinct and detailed, unlike the generic prompts from the app’s rest mode.
