The Oppo K13 Turbo series is turning heads in India with the recent announcement of the K13 Turbo and K13 Turbo Pro smartphones. These devices, already praised in China, maintain the same specs in their Indian release, offering seamless performance and durability.
A key highlight of the series is the active cooling fan, a feature designed to enhance performance during intensive tasks. Despite this innovative addition, both models impressively boast triple-certified water resistance, ensuring durability and protection (IPX6, IPX8, and IPX9).
The smartphones share a stunning 6.8-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2800 x 1280 and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. Camera enthusiasts will appreciate the dual rear setup featuring a 50MP primary sensor and a 2MP monochrome camera, along with a 16MP front-facing camera for selfies.
Though similar in many features, the two models differ in processing power. The K13 Turbo is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 processor, while the Turbo Pro steps up with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor. Memory options for the standard model include 8GB of RAM with 128GB or 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage, while the Pro variant offers 8GB or 12GB of RAM with 256GB of UFS 4.0 storage.
Both phones are powered by a robust 7,000mAh battery, supporting SuperVOOC 80W fast charging and bypass charging. Additional features include Bluetooth 5.4, LHDC 5.0 and aptX HD support, dual SIM capability, an in-display fingerprint scanner, and an IR blaster.
As for availability, the K13 Turbo will start shipping on August 18 with prices starting at ₹27,999 for the 128GB version. The 256GB version is slightly higher at ₹29,999. Meanwhile, the Turbo Pro is set to ship on August 15, priced at ₹37,999 for the 8GB RAM variant and ₹39,999 for the 12GB variant.
Color options for these sleek devices include Purple Phantom and Midnight Maverick, with the K13 Turbo offering an additional White Knight choice, while the Pro model introduces Silver Knight.
