Nvidia Rolls Out GeForce Game Ready Driver 551.61 with Notable AI Upgrades

Nvidia has released its latest GeForce Game Ready Driver 551.61, which not only provides the usual game optimization but also introduces significant advancements as it coincides with the beta launch of the Nvidia app set to replace several existing Nvidia tools.

This game-enhancing driver delivers AI solutions that can upgrade games from Standard Dynamic Range (SDR) to a High Dynamic Range (HDR) visual experience. It further supports Deep Learning Super Sampling (DLSS) 3 and Reflex for the upcoming open-world survival game, Nightingale. This title joins the extensive library of over 1,200 games featuring optimal settings through the GeForce Experience and the incoming Nvidia app.

The introduction of the Nvidia GeForce Game Ready Driver 551.61 is pivotal as Nvidia prepares to streamline its user interface; the soon-to-be-introduced Nvidia app will take over the functionalities of GeForce Experience, the veteran Nvidia Control Panel, and the less utilized RTX Experience app.

Players of Nightingale can now enjoy an optimized experience with the new driver, and gamers can also look forward to enhancing other titles including Granblue Fantasy: Relink, Pacific Drive, and Skull and Bones—all of which are receiving one-click optimal settings support.

Updating Nvidia graphics-driven systems is now getting more seamless with three methods for downloading and installing the latest drivers: through the Nvidia app, manually visiting the official drivers’ webpage, or the current GeForce Experience platform.

This release stands as a transformative moment for Nvidia as they inch closer to simplifying and modernizing the overall user experience with their comprehensive approach to software and driver updates. Users are encouraged to leverage these advancements to ensure their systems are optimized for the latest gaming experiences.
