KYY Launches X90E: A 15.6-Inch Triple-Screen Portable IPS Monitor with an Adjustable Kickstand

KYY is expanding the portable productivity category with the new X90E, a 15.6-inch triple portable monitor now launching globally. Built with mobile work in mind, it’s aimed at professionals, frequent travelers, creators, students, and remote workers who want a bigger, multi-screen workspace without hauling around a full-sized desktop setup.

At the core of the KYY X90E is a dual add-on screen design that turns your laptop into a three-display workstation. Each of the two extra panels uses IPS technology and delivers a Full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution, 260 nits of peak brightness, and a standard 60Hz refresh rate. For everyday productivity tasks like spreadsheets, writing, research, messaging apps, and lightweight creative work, the specs are designed to keep visuals crisp and viewing comfortable. KYY also notes 85% sRGB color gamut coverage and a wide 178-degree viewing angle, which helps when you’re working in bright shared spaces or leaning off-center while multitasking.

Flexibility is a big part of the package. The X90E includes a built-in kickstand with a 0–90° adjustment range, making it easier to set up on a desk, hotel table, or coworking space. KYY also enables up to 210° rotation for each screen, a practical touch for sharing content with a colleague or client sitting nearby.

The monitor supports multiple display modes so users can tailor the layout to the task. Options include extended mode, mirror mode, portrait mode, a single second screen mode, and a preset mode. Extended mode is built for maximum multitasking, letting you use all three screens independently. Mirror mode is useful for presentations and demonstrations, while portrait mode can be a better fit for coding, reading long documents, or working with vertical content.

One important note before buying: this triple-screen setup is designed to work with Windows systems only, so it’s not intended as a universal solution across every operating system.

On the feature side, the X90E focuses on portability and convenience rather than premium gaming or HDR extras. It doesn’t include DisplayHDR True Black 400 certification, and there’s no Nvidia G-Sync or AMD FreeSync support. That said, KYY emphasizes ease of use: the system is plug-and-play and can run both screens through a single USB-C to USB-C cable, helping reduce cable clutter and speeding up on-the-go setup.

Pricing is positioned to be accessible for a triple-screen portable monitor. The KYY X90E is listed at $299, giving remote workers and frequent travelers a relatively affordable way to expand their laptop workspace wherever they go.
