Huawei has introduced a special-edition Honma x Huawei Watch GT 6 Pro, a premium take on the standard Watch GT 6 Pro that keeps the same core hardware and health features while adding a more luxurious presentation aimed at golf fans and collectors.
In terms of specs, nothing meaningful changes compared to the regular Huawei Watch GT 6 Pro, so the overall experience should be very familiar. You still get the brand’s standout battery performance, rated for up to 21 days depending on usage. If you turn on the always-on display, battery life drops significantly, with up to around seven days expected.
The smartwatch features a round 1.47-inch AMOLED display with a sharp 466 x 466 resolution, designed to keep watch faces and workout metrics crisp and easy to read. It also includes practical day-to-day tools like built-in microphones and speakers, plus NFC for supported tap-to-pay or access features (availability can vary by region). For outdoor activities and fitness tracking, there’s GPS and an altimeter, alongside a robust set of health sensors including heart rate monitoring, SpO2 (blood oxygen), ECG, and a skin temperature sensor.
Where the Honma collaboration differs is in the bundle and pricing. This edition is set to launch first in Malaysia at the equivalent of about $330. That puts it roughly $50 above the regular Watch GT 6 Pro. For the extra cost, buyers receive the smartwatch in a gift box that also includes a golden golf ball, reinforcing the special-edition, golf-inspired identity of the Honma version.
For anyone already considering the Huawei Watch GT 6 Pro for its long battery life, AMOLED display, and broad health tracking suite, the Honma edition is essentially the same smartwatch—just positioned as a more premium gift-friendly package with a golf-themed collectible included.
