HMD Vibe 2 5G Debuts With 6,000 mAh Battery, 120 Hz Display, and Budget Pricing
HMD has expanded its affordable smartphone lineup with the launch of the HMD Vibe 2 5G, a new budget-friendly handset designed for users who want long battery life, modern connectivity, and a fresh design without spending too much.
The Vibe 2 5G arrives as the successor to the original HMD Vibe, bringing several noticeable upgrades. One of its biggest highlights is the large 6,000 mAh battery, which should make the phone appealing to heavy users who need all-day power for streaming, social media, browsing, calls, and casual gaming. The device supports 18 W wired charging through USB-C.
HMD has also refreshed the phone’s design. The rear panel now features a rectangular camera island that gives the device a more premium look. The camera module houses a 50 MP main camera, an additional auxiliary lens, and an LED flash. For selfies, video calls, and social media content, the phone includes an 8 MP front-facing camera.
On the front, the HMD Vibe 2 5G features a large 6.75-inch LCD display with HD+ resolution.
