For those with access, the trial allows the use of Grok’s features with some limitations. Users can ask up to 10 Grok 2 questions every two hours, process 20 Grok 2 mini questions in the same timeframe, and analyze up to three images daily.
Currently confirmed to be available in New Zealand, the trial may expand to other regions, though details remain uncertain. The enhanced capabilities of Grok emerged back in August, following the release of its second-generation, which now includes the integration of Black Forest Labs’ FLUX.1 AI, expanding its scope to include image generation and analysis. Earlier in March, Grok was introduced as an open-source project.
