Graveyard Keeper 2

Graveyard Keeper 2 Rises from the Dead This September

Graveyard Keeper 2 Release Date Confirmed for PC and Consoles

Publisher tinyBuild and developer Lazy Bear Games have officially confirmed the release date for Graveyard Keeper 2, the long-awaited sequel to the darkly comic medieval management sim. The game is scheduled to launch on September 22 for Windows PC, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, and PlayStation 5.

Graveyard Keeper 2 brings players back into a bizarre world of graveyard management, resource gathering, automation, undead labor, and twisted humor. This time, the stakes are higher: players step into the role of the Grand Inquisitor and must help save the kingdom from a growing zombie apocalypse.

The sequel expands on the original game’s mix of crafting, management, and dark comedy. Players will once again build and oversee a medieval graveyard, but with deeper automation systems and larger-scale operations. From collecting natural resources to making use of human remains, nearly everything can be turned into profit, production, or progress.

A major new feature in Graveyard Keeper 2 is the ability to command an undead army. Players can train zombie troops, equip them with crafted weapons and armor, and send them into battle against the undead threat. Defending the town will also require building towers, reinforcing defenses, and preparing for large-scale attacks.

Beyond graveyard management and combat, the game also focuses on rebuilding the town. Players can help residents restore their homes, complete quests, and solve local problems, though profit remains a key motivation. While the townsfolk go about their business, undead workers can handle much of the labor behind the scenes, creating efficient systems powered by zombie automation.

Graveyard Keeper 2 promises a blend of survival adventure, town rebuilding, resource management, and offbeat storytelling. Fans of the original can expect the same strange humor, grotesque characters, and morally questionable business opportunities, now with expanded mechanics and a larger world to manage.

With its September 22 release date now set, Graveyard Keeper 2 is shaping up to be a must-watch title for players who enjoy management sims, dark fantasy comedy, automation gameplay, and unusual survival adventures.
