Though those images stirred curiosity, many now suspect they were not entirely genuine. However, the authenticity of the new sighting is much harder to dispute. The Instinct 3 Solar was found listed on a Spanish Garmin support page by Fitness Tracker Test, detailing repair costs for its various products.
This new smartwatch is noted in a sleek black 45 mm variant, boasting the model number 010-02934-00. The repair cost is pegged at €133.33, slightly higher than the €128.57 repair price for its predecessor, the Instinct 2 Solar. This difference suggests that the Instinct 3 could come with a higher retail price. For reference, the Instinct 2 Solar 45 mm typically sells for $449.99, although it’s currently being offered on Amazon for a discounted rate of $348.00.
What remains ambiguous is whether the Instinct 3 will mirror the previous lineup by coming in three sizes: 40mm, 45mm, and 50mm. It is also anticipated that both solar and non-solar models will be available, along with a plethora of color options, although this has yet to be officially confirmed.
