FIFA Heroes

FIFA Heroes Unveiled: Coming to PC, Consoles, and Mobile

FIFA is stepping back onto the virtual pitch with FIFA Heroes, a fast-paced 5-on-5 arcade football game created in partnership with Solace and New York City studio ENVER. Set to launch in 2026, it’s coming to PC, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, and smartphones, marking the first official FIFA-licensed game since the organization’s split with Electronic Arts, which now releases football titles under the EA Sports FC banner.

FIFA Heroes blends the energy of street-style five-a-side football with larger-than-life flair. Expect dynamic physics, pitch-shattering power moves, and quick-hit matches designed for instant fun. The game lets you build a dream squad in a way fans haven’t seen before: combine beloved football icons with FIFA’s official mascots and recognizable fictional characters from popular TV shows and films. Tackle PvE modes to progress your club through a career-style path, then jump into head-to-head showdowns with friends in fast arcade matchups and challenges.

FIFA says the goal is to bring generations of fans together through the love of the sport. Players will be able to create a “multiverse team” that mixes treasured heroes, favorite players, and FIFA’s own mascots. It’s positioned under the FIFAe umbrella as a new pillar in the organization’s growing digital football ecosystem, with a focus on both nostalgia and fresh, family-friendly fun.

Solace emphasizes that FIFA Heroes aims to capture what makes football irresistible: speed, drama, and rivalry. Working closely with ENVER, the team is building an experience meant to bring people together around the thrill of the game.

One of the standout features is the inclusion of FIFA’s historic mascots as playable characters for the first time. Ahead of the FIFA World Cup 26, the three official mascots of the host nations will join the roster: Maple for Canada, Zayu for Mexico, and Clutch for the United States. Each mascot will come with unique super abilities and special moves, adding personality and spectacle to every match.

A reveal trailer teases the game’s over-the-top style and star-studded lineup. With its cross-platform reach, accessible five-a-side action, and a cast that bridges football icons, fan-favorite characters, and mascots, FIFA Heroes is shaping up to be an arcade football celebration built for pick-up-and-play excitement. Expect more details on gameplay, modes, and the full roster as 2026 approaches.
