Aviot Unveils Tiny TE-Q3R ANC Earbuds with Hi-Res Sound and 360° Spatial Audio

Aviot is going small in a big way with the new TE‑Q3R, a compact pair of true wireless earbuds designed for listeners who want premium sound and modern noise control in a lighter, more pocket-friendly package. Billed as the company’s smallest true‑wireless model to date, the TE‑Q3R also packs features that typically show up in higher-priced earbuds, including high-resolution wireless audio, hybrid active noise cancellation, and spatial sound.

The Aviot TE‑Q3R launches in Japan with a suggested retail price of 11,000 yen (about $75) and arrives in a lineup of jewel-inspired colors: Lapis Blue, Red Spinel, Black Onyx, Pearl White, Lavender Jade, and Pink Quartz. It’s also rated IPX4, meaning it’s built to handle everyday splashes and sweat—useful for commuting, workouts, and unpredictable weather.

For audio quality, the headline feature is LDAC support, allowing high-resolution music playback over Bluetooth for compatible devices. Alongside LDAC, the earbuds also work with the more common SBC and AAC codecs, helping maintain broad compatibility across phones, tablets, and other Bluetooth sources. Connection-wise, the TE‑Q3R uses Bluetooth 5.3 and can remember up to eight paired devices, with multipoint support for up to two simultaneous connections. That makes it easier to stay connected to a phone and a laptop at the same time without constantly re-pairing. There’s also a low-latency mode intended to reduce audio delay during gaming and video playback.

Inside, Aviot uses 10 mm drivers and says the tuning focuses on clearer highs and a sound signature that best highlights Japanese music based on feedback from listeners in Japan. If you prefer a more immersive presentation, the TE‑Q3R includes a 360-degree spatial audio mode designed to widen the soundstage and create a more enveloping effect.

Noise control is handled by hybrid active noise cancellation, helping reduce outside noise in busy environments like trains, streets, and cafes. When you do want awareness, a Passthrough mode lets external sound in so you can hear announcements or talk to someone without removing the earbuds. For calls, the TE‑Q3R relies on a single MEMS microphone.

Battery life is another strength for such a small set of earbuds. Aviot rates music playback at up to 11.5 hours on a charge, with up to 42 hours total when using the charging case. Call time is rated at up to 5.5 hours between charges. Charging is listed at about 1.5 hours for both the earbuds and the case.

The Aviot TE‑Q3R is sold through Aviot’s web store in Japan, with international shipping available. With its small footprint, LDAC hi-res support, hybrid ANC, multipoint connectivity, and long battery life, the TE‑Q3R positions itself as a value-focused option for anyone looking for feature-rich true wireless earbuds without a premium price tag.
