AOC has introduced two new affordable ultrawide gaming monitors designed for users who want one display that can handle both fast-paced games and everyday productivity. The new AOC GAMING CU34G4CA and AOC GAMING CU34G4ZCA bring 34-inch curved panels, high refresh rates, USB-C charging, and built-in KVM functionality at competitive prices.
Both monitors use a 34-inch curved display with a 1500R curvature, giving players a wider and more immersive field of view. The 21:9 ultrawide format is especially useful for racing games, simulation titles, open-world adventures, and multitasking setups where extra screen space can make a big difference.
AOC is positioning these models as more than just gaming screens. With 90W USB-C Power Delivery, users can connect and charge a compatible laptop through a single cable, making the monitors practical for work during the day and gaming after hours. The USB-C port also supports DisplayPort Alt Mode, allowing video output and charging through the same connection.
The main difference between the two models is performance. The AOC GAMING CU34G4CA is the more affordable option and offers a refresh rate of up to 180Hz, which is already a strong upgrade for smooth gaming. The higher-end AOC GAMING CU34G4ZCA pushes things further with a 240Hz refresh rate out of the box and support for overclocking up to 250Hz. This makes it the better choice for competitive players who want extra fluidity in fast-moving games.
Response time also varies between the two. The CU34G4CA offers a 0.5ms MPRT response time, while the CU34G4ZCA lowers that to 0.3ms MPRT. For gamers who play shooters, racing games, or esports titles, the faster panel can help reduce motion blur and improve clarity during quick movements.
Aside from refresh rate and response time, the two monitors share many core specifications.
