In this high-tempo shooting game, players take on the role of Marfusha, a young girl tasked with defending a border gate against waves of enemies in a dystopian, pixelated world. Simple controls allow players to immerse themselves in this challenging environment where they must manage their heavily-taxed earnings to purchase cards and upgrade their capabilities to fend off stronger foes.
### Key Features:
– **Cards Galore**: Includes a variety of cards such as weapons, characters, power-ups, and event-based cards.
– **Multiple Characters**: Recruit eight unique characters to aid you in battle.
– **Competitive Mode**: The Challenge Mode allows players to compete globally based on their scores.
Players can experience different endings by recruiting various allies, adding to the game’s replayability. The console versions of **Marfusha** come with a new animated opening, accompanied by the theme song “I’ll Be There,” specially composed by singer-songwriter KOKIA. The animation was created by a team including hinyari9, Chisey, and TOHRU MiTSUHASHi, known for their work on the music videos for **NEEDY STREAMER OVERLOAD**.
