Aniimo Update Fixes Red Screen Bug, Quest Blockers, and Prismana Spawn Issues
Pawprint Studio has released a new Aniimo update following the free-to-play open-world creature collector’s global launch on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. The latest patch, version 1.0.3544783.0, focuses on fixing major visual bugs, removing quest progression blockers, improving rare creature encounters, and polishing several quality-of-life features.
One of the biggest fixes in this Aniimo patch targets a graphics issue that caused some players to see a full red screen during gameplay. In certain cases, characters also appeared with unusually red eyes, depending on the player’s GPU setup. With this update, those display problems should no longer disrupt the experience.
The patch also resolves a serious progression issue in the story quest “The Land Where Dreams Come True.” Some players were unable to continue after terrain became impassable while collecting Butterfly Shadows. Since this bug could completely block quest progress, its removal should make the main story much smoother for affected players.
Several other quest-related fixes are included as well. Pawprint Studio has addressed a softlock tied to the Unstuck command during two-player Sanctum mechanisms, corrected overlapping interface text in the quest “Another Departure,” and updated an inaccurate objective description in the same mission.
The Aniimo update also fixes an issue where Quick Twine and multiple forms could not properly take part in the Susuta and Dr Glass challenges. In addition, incorrect item source text in the Stamp Shop has been corrected, and the description for the Pathfinder’s Aeroboard skill now displays more accurate information.
Visual polish is another key part of this patch. Floating crossover event decorations in Astra have been fixed, along with unusual chimney wind field visuals in Nimbus Fields. A display issue affecting Companion Handbook EXP on the Monthly Pass make-up check-in screen has also been resolved. Pawprint Studio has also corrected incorrect asset references that appeared during certain quest cutscenes.
Beyond bug fixes, the update improves how rare wild creatures appear in the game. When Lucky Strike fills Prismatic Energy to its maximum level, Prismana Aniimo in the active area will now respawn immediately. This change should make hunting for Prismana Aniimo feel more consistent and rewarding, especially for players focused on collecting rare variants.
The patch also introduces several quality-of-life adjustments. Auto Voice in chat settings is now disabled by default, the item type required to evolve Squarrel has been changed, and several unreachable chest locations have been adjusted. The conditions for obtaining the Tilling Chest have also been updated.
To reduce unnecessary clutter, Pawprint Studio has removed error notification mail for common Aniipods. However, the items returned by those Aniipods remain unaffected, so players will not lose rewards because of this change. The default number of marks shared by strangers in the Settings menu has also been reduced.
Overall, Aniimo patch v1.0.3544783.0 is a meaningful update for players on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S. By fixing the red screen bug, clearing major quest blockers, improving Prismana Aniimo spawning, and smoothing out multiple interface and gameplay issues, Pawprint Studio is taking important steps to improve the early experience for its growing player base.
