Alldocube Ultra Pad: big 144Hz display, Android 15, and immersive 8-speaker audio
If you’re shopping for a large Android tablet with a silky-smooth screen and cinema-style sound, the Alldocube Ultra Pad is worth a look. It features a 12.95-inch display with a 2880 x 1840 resolution and a fast 144 Hz refresh rate, ideal for fluid scrolling, gaming, and watching high-frame-rate video. The panel uses a 3:2 aspect ratio, giving you a little extra vertical room for web pages, documents, and productivity apps.
Out of the box, the Ultra Pad runs Android 15 with the company’s Alldocube OS 4.1 layered on top. Audio is a standout: an 8-speaker setup with DTS tuning aims to deliver punchy, room-filling sound for movies, music, and games. One caveat to note is software longevity. There’s no assurance the tablet will receive a major update to Android 16 or beyond, so if long-term OS upgrades are a priority, keep that in mind.
Pricing and availability vary by region. In Japan, the Ultra Pad is listed at JPY 44,999 (about $309), which sits slightly above the previously indicated $299.99 retail price. Through the brand’s official store on AliExpress, it’s currently just under $345, or $374 when bundled with a detachable keyboard—an appealing add-on if you plan to use the tablet for work, study, or on-the-go typing.
Who is it for? Anyone who values a large, high-refresh display for smooth visuals, rich multi-speaker audio for entertainment, and the latest Android experience. If you’re considering it as a laptop alternative, the keyboard bundle helps turn it into a more versatile 2-in-1.
