Alldocube is preparing to introduce a new compact Android tablet in China later this month, and it could be an appealing option for users who want a small, portable device with mobile connectivity. The upcoming tablet is called the Alldocube iPlay Mini 4, but it appears to share the same specifications as a model already available in global markets under the name iPlay 80 Mini Pro.
The Alldocube iPlay Mini 4 is designed for users who prefer an easy-to-carry tablet without giving up practical everyday features. It comes with an 8.4-inch LCD display, making it smaller than many mainstream tablets while still large enough for browsing, reading, streaming, online classes, navigation, and light productivity.
The screen offers a 1920 × 1200 resolution, giving it sharper visuals than many entry-level tablets in this size range. It also supports a 90Hz refresh rate, which should make scrolling, animations, and general navigation feel smoother. Widevine L1 support is included as well, allowing compatible streaming services to play HD content.
Powering the tablet is the Unisoc T7300 octa-core processor. It is paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of UFS storage, giving the device enough memory and storage for daily use, apps, media files, and casual multitasking. Storage can also be expanded with a microSD card of up to 1TB, which is especially useful for users who download movies, documents, music, or offline maps.

The Alldocube iPlay Mini 4 is expected to launch in China on August 15 with a price of CNY 999, which is approximately $148 or €128. The tablet will be available in gray. For international buyers, the nearly identical iPlay 80 Mini Pro is already being sold in some markets for around $155.
